Kenneth T. DeCubellis | President and CEO - Mr. DeCubellis has 20 years of global management experience and most recently was Altra's Vice President of Business Development and Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Altra, Mr. DeCubellis spent 10 years at ExxonMobil in global, senior management positions in manufacturing, general management, commercial, marketing and finance. He also served in engineering and global manufacturing management positions for Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. DeCubellis received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Sanjay Pal | Vice President, Corporate Development - Mr. Pal has over 10 years of corporate development and finance experience. Prior to joining Altra in 2006, Mr. Pal served as the Vice President, Corporate Development at Boingo Wireless, Inc. Mr. Pal's professional career also includes equity research and corporate finance experience with UBS Securities and SG Cowen Securities. Mr. Pal holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robert F. Miller | Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary - Mr. Miller has over 20 years of legal experience in construction, oil & gas, and project finance matters on major international projects. Prior to joining Altra, Mr. Miller served as Associate General Counsel for the Union Oil Company of California (Unocal) where he worked for eight years primarily on projects in Asia. Mr. Miller also worked for several internationally-known law firms including, most recently, as manager of the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia law office of White & Case. Mr. Miller is a member of the California, Virginia, and the District of Columbia Bars. Mr. Miller earned his B.A. from Claremont Men's College, his M.S. from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Anthony (Tony) Wells | Senior VP of Operations - Mr. Wells has served as a Senior Executive/Manager/Engineer with more than 20 years experience in the grain processing industry. Mr. Wells experience cuts across all aspects of Plant Operations, Plant Engineering, multi-site Supply Chain Management, Engineering Consulting and Business & Strategy Development. Previous work experience includes: 10 years with Cargill Corn Milling in Facility Management, Supply Chain Management and Business and Strategy Development; Sr. Process and Project Engineering with Roquette America; Sr. Process Design Engineering with Simons-Eastern Consulting Engineers; Operations Management with American Maize. Mr. Wells is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Michael R. DeMartino | Vice President, Finance - Mr. DeMartino's experience spans over 13 years in finance and accounting. Before joining Altra, Mr. DeMartino served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of JAMDAT Mobile, Inc. (NASD "JMDT" acquired by Electronic Arts "ERTS" in February of 2006) from 2001 until June of 2006. Mr. DeMartino's experience at JAMDAT Mobile, Inc. included raising corporate equity and debt, significant mergers and acquisitions, and a successful initial public offering. Prior to JAMDAT Mobile, Inc., Mr. DeMartino was the Controller of eCompanies Wireless, LLC from 2000 to 2001. Mr. DeMartino began his professional career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1995 to 2000 and obtained the title of Audit Manager prior to leaving. Mr. DeMartino holds a Masters of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
